Approach

Therapy Philosophy

Rebecca's style of therapy is based upon Psychodynamic principles, which emphasise the value of assisting individuals to express experiences, thoughts, and feelings through words.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy goes beyond looking at behaviour and providing strategies. Rather, it can lead patients to understanding the origins of their distress, as well as recognising their own unhelpful patterns of behaviour, which are often influenced by early experiences.
